Sales Administrator, Temporary Maternity Cover

Ambersphere Solutions is a dynamic specialist distribution company supplying the entertainment industry with technical products.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join our team for temporary maternity cover of our current Sales Administrator. The role will suit a friendly team member with a keen eye for detail, a basic understanding of sales fundamentals and an ability to meet tight deadlines.

The successful candidate’s role will include:

  • Answering and progressing incoming emails and calls.
  • Ensuring the accurate input of sales orders & purchase orders.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Booking freight collections and deliveries.
  • Progressing outstanding orders and purchases.
  • Providing administrative support to the sales team

In order to be considered for the role, the right candidate should be able to demonstrate:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Good level of numeracy and literacy.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Accurate administrative skills.
  • Sales admin experience.
  • Customer service skills.

The role is based in our modern West London office in Acton.

Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Hours of Work - Monday to Friday 9am –5.30pm
