Ambersphere Solutions is a dynamic specialist distribution company supplying the entertainment industry with technical products.
We are looking to recruit a customer-focused, service-driven individual to join our team as a sales administrator, who will work directly with the senior sales administrator. The role will suit a friendly team member with a keen eye for detail and a basic understanding of sales fundamentals and an ability to meet tight deadlines.
The successful candidate’s role will include:
- Answering and progressing incoming emails and calls.
- Ensuring the accurate input of sales orders & purchase orders.
- Delivering exceptional customer service.
- Booking freight collections and deliveries.
- Progressing outstanding orders and purchases.
- Providing administrative support to the sales team
In order to be considered for the role, the right candidate should be able to demonstrate:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good computer skills.
- Good level of numeracy and literacy.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Accurate administrative skills.
- Sales admin experience.
- Customer service skills.
Sales Administrator will be offered a competitive package including:
- Starting Base Salary of £18,000.00 to £20,000.00 /year
- Companywide bonus scheme
- 25 Days Holiday
The role is based in our modern west London office in Acton.
Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Hours of Work - Monday to Friday 9am –5.30pm
